Special Needs Ministry

At Wesley, we want to connect ALL people to their purpose - including those with special needs or those who have a family member with special needs. In 2023, our Lenten offering raised $21,842 in support of this ministry. We are still in the process of learning what our community needs are & implementing support to meet those needs. We have a special needs committee that meets throughout the year to brainstorm ideas and share resources.

Adaptive Worship Service

March 2, 2025, 2:00-2:30pm in The Celebration Space

We believe that all people deserve to hear the word of God and the message of God's love and grace but acknowledge that there are people who are unable to attend our existing worship services for various reasons. This service is designed for all people, regardless of age, background, or physical, cognitive, or emotional ability. The service has all the elements of our other worship services, but is shorter and adapted to the needs of those participating.

Sunday School Buddies

Sensory sunday School classroom

We are in the process of renovating a room on the Wesley Kidz hall to accommodate children with low sensory needs.

Universal changing table

We are in the process of purchasing & installing a Universal Changing Table for the Family Restroom located in the hall between the Modern & Traditional Worship areas.
